Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical understanding, hands-on experience in AI-related projects, and familiarity with Fraud Detection or Fraud System implementation will be a strong plus. This role requires close collaboration with business teams, developers, data teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical projects, including timeline, resource planning, scope, and budget.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, and Operations.

Support the design and validation of technical solutions and ensure feasibility.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Oversee system testing phases (SIT/UAT) and coordinate deployment to production.

Facilitate technical problem-solving and provide guidance during development or implementation challenges.

For AI-related projects: collaborate with data/AI teams on model development, deployment, and system integration.

For Fraud-related projects: support implementation of Fraud Detection systems, rules engines, or transaction monitoring solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Technical Project Management.

Strong understanding of technologies such as API, Cloud, Databases, System Integration, and SDLC.

Hands-on experience with AI / Machine Learning projects.

Experience in Fraud Detection, Risk Scoring, or Transaction Monitoring is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Cloud certifications are preferred.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with vendors or third-party solution providers.

Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance frameworks.

Experience collaborating with Data / AI teams or advanced analytics projects.
