Role: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 10+ Years (with prior hands-on development experience)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
- Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
- Identify risks, manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Monitor project metrics, ensure proper documentation, and prepare stakeholder reports.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in project management.
- Strong background in software development (Java/.NET/Node.js/Python, etc.).
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
- Skilled in using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
Nice to Have:
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Cloud-based projects (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exposure to working with international stakeholders or distributed teams.
