LINE's Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the smooth collaboration of technical projects mounted on LINE products. TPM places more value on problem-solving, project orchestration, and providing practical help based on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project sponsors and various related departments to promote projects that provide value to users
- Drive appropriate software processes to build consensus for technical decisions and achieve quality outcomes
- Identify, evaluate, track, and mitigate issues at multiple stages
- Generate and disseminate project information to related departments
- Drive efficient collaboration among various groups
- Handle tactical delivery management for projects and teams
- Execute market research and evaluate emerging technologies to apply them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and project manager
- High level of understanding of the overall development process
- High level of interest and understanding of development technologies and technology trends
- Skills in writing and managing technical documentation
- Ability to conduct business in a foreign language (at least English)
- Experience in service platform development
- Active communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading and improving agile projects
- Ability to solve complex problems through research and data analysis (Proficiency in SQL is required; coding skill is a plus.)
