What You'll Do
You will join our high-performance Project Delivery team and play a key role in delivering complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives by driving effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration across business, operations, and IT teams. We are looking for a Project Manager who began their career as an Application Developer or Software Engineer, building a strong technical foundation before transitioning into project management. This background will enable you to effectively collaborate with technical teams, understand system architecture and application dependencies, and successfully bridge the gap between business and technology throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, issue resolution, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, IT, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout project execution.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and effective decision-making.
- Manage project dependencies across multiple systems and applications within complex technology environments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving delivery challenges.
- Drive project execution using Agile, Hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand system interactions, integration points, and technology dependencies.
- Support the implementation of technology-driven initiatives involving modern cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar environments.
- Coordinate vendor activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to new business processes, systems, and technologies to support evolving project requirements.
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and communication across all project stakeholders.
- Foster alignment between business, operations, and IT teams to enable successful project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes and reduce project risks.
What We Seek In You
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage business, operations, IT, and leadership teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and external partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or similar project delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of system interactions and dependencies within multi-system enterprise environments.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and business processes.
- Exposure to modern technology environments, including cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or similar ecosystems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams while translating business requirements into project deliverables.
- Experience working in operational or industrial environments such as manufacturing, logistics, or similar process-driven industries is preferred.
- Exposure to process-driven business environments with an understanding of operational workflows.
- Hands-on coding experience early in the career is desirable, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- PMP and/or Agile certifications are preferred.
