TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - Python

Role: Technical Project Manager

Experience: 12–18 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Technical Manager, providing direction to development teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering Teams for solution alignment
• Drive project planning, estimation, tracking, and reporting across all phases
• Define and manage project success criteria (scope, cost, quality, timelines, and performance)
• Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies proactively
• Identify and eliminate team impediments to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication, project governance, and status visibility
• Lead client interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and delivery confidence
• Contribute to pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–18 years of IT experience with minimum 3+ years in Project Management / Delivery roles
• Strong technical foundation with background in development or solution design (Java, .NET, or similar)
• Proven ability to operate as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and governance
• Should have executed on Fixed price project end to end.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Should have experience in using Gen AI Tools.
• Should have managed FPP or Fixed capacity projects
• Should have experience in managing the external customers.
• Should have experience in application development skills.
