About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top engineering talent across modern technology stacks.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality technology professionals while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to offer stage)
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and team needs
Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive technical candidates
Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability
Coordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholders
Drive offer negotiations and ensure smooth candidate onboarding experience
Build employer branding through LinkedIn engagement and talent outreach
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment
Proven experience hiring for roles such as:
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting
Experience recruiting for modern technology stacks (Cloud, Kubernetes, Microservices, AI/ML, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-paced hiring environments
