Manage and drive sales team to achieve sales & profit targets and sale growth.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand company business and maintain customer presence(Focus on Toiletries & Phamaceutical port: Fatty Chemicals and Surfactants https://chemical.kao.com/th/en/business-fields/toiletries-and-pharmaceutical/)
Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present and preparing sales reports with realistic action to management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Qualification
Bachelor of Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years experience of Technical Sales & Marketing.
Familiar with Fatty Chemicals and Surfactants will be advantage.
Technical Engineer/ R&D experience will be preferred.
Formulation lab and product application experience will be advantage.
Strong business and industry expertise (Chemical business; Toiletries/ Personal Care/ Pharmaceutical)
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people managementskill.
