Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Coordinate with the technical, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales data in ERP/CRM (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
  • Handle email and telephone communication professionally.
  • Generate sales reports and maintain documentation.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned team.

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Basic technical aptitude is preferred.
