Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the technical, production, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records and update sales data in ERP/CRM (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Handle email and telephone communication professionally.
- Generate sales reports and maintain documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned team.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Basic technical aptitude is preferred.
