POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for driving sales of the company's products, solutions, and services within the Industrial sector. The position focuses on expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening existing relationships. It involves executing sales activities in an assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for online process and lab instruments, participating in customer visits and product demonstrations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to support business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow sales within assigned industrial accounts
- Develop new business opportunities in F&B / Pharmaceutical customers
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops
- Promote online process and laboratory instruments
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain customer data in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Work closely with Sales Manager, Application Engineers, and Marketing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
KEY COMPETENCIES/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Chemical, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields)
- At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial products/solutions (experience in Pharmaceutical or F&B industry is highly preferred)
- Strong Thai communication and good English skills
- Technically oriented sales mindset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
