Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Bangkok, Thailand. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and partner, conducting sales engineering tasks, and communicating technical information clearly and effectively. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the sales team and partner sales team to identify and solve client technical issues, presenting technical solutions to potential clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through post-sales support.

• Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
• Technical Support skills
• Familiar with digital transformation or ERP/BPM platform
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and technical support roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in low-code platforms and automation solutions is a plus
