Overview Position
Covermat is looking for a proactive Technical Sales Executive – Chinese Speaking to develop business with Chinese-owned manufacturers in Thailand.
You will work closely with customers, application engineers, and international suppliers to develop solutions involving adhesives, conformal coatings, thermal materials, potting compounds, dispensing systems, and automation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop new Chinese-owned industrial accounts in Thailand
- Build relationships with engineering, production, purchasing, and management teams
- Identify customer applications and technical requirements
- Recommend suitable materials and technical solutions
- Coordinate samples, trials, quotations, and project follow-up
- Work with application engineers and suppliers on technical projects
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer reports
- Support customer visits, exhibitions, and supplier activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Materials, Business, or a related field
- Good Mandarin Chinese communication skills
- Able to communicate in Thai and/or English
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, manufacturing, electronics, automotive, or chemicals
- Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin and technical interest are welcome
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable visiting factories
- Driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage
