What is your mission
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the technical intricacies of Cloud products, services and overall solutions.

  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge to advise customers on how products and services can meet their specific needs.

  • Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcustomers,understandingtheirevolvingneedsandidentifying opportunitiesforupsellingandorcross-selling.

  • Drivesalesgrowthbyacquiringnewbusinessandincreasingsaleswithinexistingaccounts.

  • Offer pre and post-sales technical support, train customers on product usage, and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of recommended solutions

  • Workwithproductandotherteamstoensureproductsmeetcustomerneedsandtoimprove the overallservice offering

  • Contributetothedevelopmentandrefinementofsalesprocesses,methods,andstrategies.

  • Understandandmaintaincompetitiveanalysisforcloudsolutionsanddifferentiationsacrosstheterritories

  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for
  • Minimumacademicqualification:Diploma/Degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science.

  • Minimum2+yearsininside/fieldsalesasapresales/solutionsengineerwithextensiveexperienceincloud solutions,preferablyinMicrosoftAzure/AWS/GoogleCloud/etc.

  • Architecturecertificationfromanycloudserviceproviderisaplus(AWSarchitect,Azurearchitect,Microsoft
    CloudAssociate/Specialist,etc)

  • Excellentpresentationskills.

  • Excellenttrackrecordofachievingrevenuetargetsandabilitytoworkwithdiverseteams

  • ExcellentinThai, Intermediate English communication/writtenskills
