What You Will Do
This position is part of the Distribution, Rest of Asia team based in Thailand.
You will be responsible for sales reporting related to Min-Chillers/Airside Products, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Light Commercial Business. Your main responsibilities include supporting sales, performing technical selections, training channel partners, and providing off-site technical support for equipment. This role will function independently and has the potential to evolve into a Country Manager position with an extended team based on business performance.
How Will You Do It
- You will focus on sales, penetrating the industry with a product line centered on Mini-Chillers, HVAC products, and fan coil units.
- Timely quotations will be provided, along with value-added solutions to meet customer and appointed JC dealer requirements.
- You will coordinate with the factory regarding delivery schedules, technical clarifications, and necessary documentation.
- Technical specifications and selections will be part of your role.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned by the business unit may be essential.
- You will aim to meet profitability goals to ensure effective and profitable revenue streams.
- Efforts will be made to include JC HVAC products in customers approved vendor lists.
- You will keep your direct supervisor and the regional team informed about market conditions and competition.
- Collaboration with the regional controls team for factory updates and new product launches will be essential.
What Are We Looking For
- A diploma with more than five years of relevant experience in HVAC or DX systems is preferred.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills are necessary.
- The ability to perform well under pressure is important.
- Good communication and strong social skills along with excellent organization and planning abilities are essential.
