Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager located in Chonburi, Thailand. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing accounts, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, offering technical expertise to clients, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role requires collaboration with the team to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales strategies
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and ensuring customer success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Familiarity with industrial ductwork or similar technical industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai languages
