We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager in South East Asia to build up Reseller, Integrator and Customer Network.

Automation Suite excels in metrology automation, simplifying complex metrology tasks with assisted

manufacturing process, from initial design through execution. 

Predictive performance with advanced data simulation: 

Leverage cutting-edge data simulation within Automation Suite to predict and refine real-process 

outcomes. This capability enables manufacturers to anticipate potential issues and make adjustments 

proactively, ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime. 

Comprehensive metrology data management: 

Automation Suite integrates seamlessly across all stages of production. It not only provides 

comprehensive metrology data but also integrates fl awlessly with existing metrology analysis tools. 

Customers have the fl exibility to continue using their current systems or to switch to our fast inline 

analysis capabilities, which utilize distributed metrology tools using gRPC for enhanced performance 

and scalability. 

Technically Speaking: 

Automation Suite is a .Net desktop application, built with WPF. Some components of the application 

are the 3D engine, collision detection, automatic robotic path planning, simulation and hardware 

interfaces. It is mostly C# with some C/C++ and PInvoke excursions, networking and embedded 

systems integrations. 

How we work

Our HQ is in Switzerland and our main office in Germany. While we operate mostly remote, sales and 

application engineering regularly meets in our offices in Germany.

What to expect as Technical Sales Manager

  • Build and Maintain Networks: Develop strong relationships with integrators, resellers, and customers in SEA region.
  • Key Account Management: Handle major accounts with a customer-focused approach.
  • Project Sales and Business Development: Identify new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Organize Events: Coordinate open house events, trade shows, and other customer engagement activities.
  • Take Ownership: Manage sales responsibilities, including budgets and targets.
  • Boost Social Media Presence: Collaborate to create and share engaging content.
  • Flexibility: Work remotely or from the office, depending on your preference.

Requirements
  • A technical sales background, ideally within the automation, metrology, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in building networks and managing customer relationships.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within SEA region as needed.
  • Fluency in English.
