Role Description

This is a full-time Trchnicsl Sales Representative role located on-site in Bangkok.

Job Description

1 Achieve sales revenue and volume, market share.

2 Provide technical expertise and support to customers on application and the use of our rubber and polymer products.

3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers and partners.

4. Collaborate with R&D team to understand product capabilities and communicate this to customers.

5. Prepare technical proposals and presentations to support sakes effort.

6. Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales product strategy.

8. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the rubber industry, and familiarity with synthetic rubbers and rubber chemicals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team with ability to explain complex.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Problem-solving mindest and the ability to provide creative solutions to customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Rubber Techology, Chemistry, Polymer, Materials Science, or a related field
• Pervious experience in the automotive, electrical appliances or construction industry is a plus.
• Required driving license with your own car.
