- Perform CRMD product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories
- Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories
- Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories
- Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers
- Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members
- Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc.
- Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends
- Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirement
- Assist in clinical research, when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related health science field
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular system and pacemaker functions
- At least 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales, technical support, or a related healthcare field (new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds may be considered)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on customer needs
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Must hold a valid driver's license
