Job Description

Qnity - Electronics

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement sales activities for value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issues resolving, price negotiation & demand forecast accuracy management
  • Build long term and strong partnerships with key accounts while developing a trust relationship at all levels of the account(s)
  • Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers needs, defend existing business, and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.
  • Leverage efficient expertise to expand Qnity products to different processes and equipment allocation.
  • Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professionals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years Sales/marketing/engineering experience especially in electronic industry related products.
  • Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) or flexible circuit board (FPC) industry would be plus, good at copper electroless and copper plating also would be plus.
  • Bachelor or higher in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or any field related.
  • Fluent in Thai and English both oral and written.
  • Good communication in Mandarin language would be plus. ***PCB experience isn't necessary if you have engineer background and good Mandarin communication.
  • Ability to work independently and teamwork.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify problems and suggest solutions.
  • A strong self-motivator with good working discipline, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential.
  • Willing to travel and obtain a driving license.
