Execute and implement sales activities for value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issues resolving, price negotiation & demand forecast accuracy management
Build long term and strong partnerships with key accounts while developing a trust relationship at all levels of the account(s)
Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers needs, defend existing business, and explore new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.
Leverage efficient expertise to expand Qnity products to different processes and equipment allocation.
Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professionals.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years Sales/marketing/engineering experience especially in electronic industry related products.
Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) or flexible circuit board (FPC) industry would be plus, good at copper electroless and copper plating also would be plus.
Bachelor or higher in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or any field related.
Fluent in Thai and English both oral and written.
Good communication in Mandarin language would be plus. ***PCB experience isn't necessary if you have engineer background and good Mandarin communication.
Ability to work independently and teamwork.
Ability to take initiative, identify problems and suggest solutions.
A strong self-motivator with good working discipline, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential.
