Position: Technical Sales/Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and implement sales and account management activities, including value-based selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint resolution, technical issue troubleshooting, price negotiations, and demand forecast accuracy management.
- Serve as the primary on-site partner to customers, maintaining a strong and regular presence at customer manufacturing facilities to understand operations, processes, and business priorities firsthand.
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships with key accounts by establishing trusted relationships at all organizational levels, from shop floor and engineering teams to management and decision-makers.
- Engage closely and proactively with PCB/fabrication customers to identify needs, defend, and grow existing business, and uncover new commercial and technical opportunities through continuous on-site collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, technical service, operations, and commercial) to accelerate new product development, validation, and commercialization by contributing real-time field insights and customer feedback.
- Leverage technical expertise to expand Qnity product applications across different customer processes, equipment platforms, and manufacturing technologies.
- Work closely with the commercial and technical service teams to deliver end-to-end customer support, including on-site technical service, new product introductions, installation support, process optimization, and critical troubleshooting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by combining strong technical capability with consultative selling to deliver sustainable value and long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering roles, preferably within the electronics or related manufacturing industries.
- Experience in the PCB or FPC industry is highly preferred; hands-on knowledge of electroless copper and electrolytic copper plating processes is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated initiative with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated professional with strong work discipline, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership potential.
- Willing and able to spend significant time at customer sites, including frequent travel, to build deep customer engagement and provide on-site support.
- Valid driving license required.
