Lead network implementation and provide 2nd-line support for Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet at Fujitsu Thailand. This hybrid role requires 2+ years of experience and English proficiency to lead projects and ensure technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design, discuss and confirm solutions with customers as part of network implementation plan
- Execute and lead the implementation of small-to-medium scale network projects from Fujitsu to customers
- Manage vendor in Network implementation project as well as Cabling Project
- Provide support as a 2nd line to Network engineer team for network troubleshooting as well as coordinating with network vendor to solve customer problem upon SLA agreed
- Build up competency of Network team (yourself and Team member) to achieve company target achievement
- Participate in or facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the team
- Focus on Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, and Fortinet networking and Security product implementation including borderless networking and cyber security
- To provide troubleshooting and assistance in documenting use case and process flows
- To implement an operational plan to support the customer project plan
- To assist in the delivery of the Fujitsu's marketing strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related fields
- At least 2 years experience in any related fields
- Strong technical analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, SD-WAN, and Cloud technologies. Current hands-on experience on internet technology products and platforms from Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, and FortiGate.
- Solid knowledge of the network technologies (Wired and Wireless LAN, WAN, Network Monitoring, VPN and Phone system (Optional)).
- Solid knowledge of network level attacks and their troubleshooting methods.
- Good knowledge of network security is preferable.
- Good knowledge of security device e.g. Firewall, IPS/IDS, Proxy, DDOS Protection, or Email Security.
- Ability to deal with complex customer service issues.
- A good team player with a strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and collaborate with peers to fulfil network deliverables.
- CCNP, ACMP, ACSP, or JNCIP Certified is preferable.
- Able to communication in English.
