Technical Service Engineer

Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, adjustment, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer sites.
2. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
3. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and provide timely technical support.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure service satisfaction.
5. Provide technical training and guidance to customers regarding machine operation.
6. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
7. Travel to customer sites (both local and upcountry) as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in machine installation, adjustment, and maintenance.
3. Experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industries is an advantage.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
5. Good communication skills with a service-minded attitude.
6. Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
7. Own a personal car and hold a valid driving license.
8. Able to travel upcountry and work under pressure when required.
