Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Information to Customer; Explain production processes, introduce products, and clarify specifications
- Customer Interaction and Requirement Gathering; Collect customer requirements and propose suitable products by considering the entire supply chain.
- Trend Monitoring and New Product Development; Research industry trends, customer's movement and coordinate product testing with factory
- Post-Sales Support; Claim & complain handling, onsite service to investigate customer issues and provide solutions
Work Location: DTGO CampUs, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Salary: 27,000 THB/Month (Based on your qualifications and relevant experience)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Sciences or any related field (Metallurgical Engineering or Materials is advantage).
- At least 1-3 years of work experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
- Service-minded and able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
- Good communicate in English.
- Have experience in Steel packaging or food lacquer Manufacturing or Technical service, QA/QC field or R&D, simulation skill will be an advantage.
