What this job involves:
This role reports directly to Site Services Manager and will be responsible for delivering superior technical services and overseeing operations of all building systems, ensuring they run efficiently, safely and cost-effectively. In an exciting and dynamic environment you'll achieve excellence in managing critical operations and programs onsite with our client. You'll ensure the highest standards are delivered and best practices implemented consistently. You'll partner with vendors providing your expertise in managing the client environment and technical services, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures delivery of PPM in line with agreed timelines and monitors vendors to ensure service delivery in line with KPI/SLAs
- Ensure client infrastructures are resilient and understand the critical MEP systems on site including UPS, CRAC, chiller, generator, fire alarm etc. with an ability to support client security teams and their systems
- Responsible for 24-hours emergency and alarms on client premise
- Must be prepared to be on call and work out of normal working hours where applicable
- Maintain and monitor all building automation systems (BMS, LCS)
- Manage, supervise and develop a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality of service.
- Responsible for client premise inspection and safety standards are used to comply with client, JLL and local guidelines
- Responsible for building shutdown activities and coordination support to stakeholders
- Responsible and supervise/escort on work carried out after office hours
- Responsible for completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned
- Perform a wide spectrum of building maintenance and repair work
- Supporting stakeholders to any request related to facilities
- Assist to facilitate emergency fire drill
- Coordinate special projects as directed by JLL or client
- Maintain inventory control for cost effective operations (any JLL or client procured items)
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or in any related field
- Minimum 3 years significant hands-on experience in technical works e.g. M&E and other building or facility services
- Ability to build good working relationships with managers, stakeholders, landlords, colleagues and service providers
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
