Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist distributors in promoting and selling the company's conformal coating products, as well as potting materials, adhesives, and related solutions.
• Conduct customer visits to provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
• Support the qualification process for new products, including testing, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide technical training sessions for customers and distributors on product usage, applications, and best practices.
• Prepare and coat sample boards for customers using in-house or external coating equipment.
• Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent the company and demonstrate products.
• Travel frequently within Thailand and the Philippines (up to 30% or more, depending on business needs).
• Perform other related tasks to support sales, technical service, and product development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in Chemistry or a related field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and distributors.
• Possess a valid driving license and be able to travel frequently.
