Mobile Technical Services Lead - Thailand

Position Overview

Lead mobile technical services operations across Thailand, providing expert electromechanical maintenance and repair services for commercial and industrial facilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities in a dynamic field service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Oversee mobile technical service teams providing electromechanical maintenance across Thailand market
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical system failures in commercial buildings
  • Develop technical service protocols and maintenance standards for field operations
  • Ensure compliance with Thai electrical and mechanical safety regulations

Service Operations Management

  • Manage mobile service delivery schedules and resource allocation across multiple client sites
  • Coordinate emergency response services and critical system repairs
  • Interface with clients to assess technical requirements and provide solutions recommendations
  • Oversee service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics

Team Development

  • Lead and mentor technical service engineers and field technicians
  • Conduct technical training programs on electromechanical systems and safety procedures
  • Recruit and develop local technical talent to support business growth
  • Foster collaborative relationships with engineering consultants and contractors

Business Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client consultations
  • Support business development activities through technical presentations and proposals
  • Monitor service delivery costs and identify operational efficiency improvements
  • Maintain relationships with equipment vendors and service partners

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Professional engineering license or equivalent technical certifications preferred
  • Thai language proficiency; English communication skills essential

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in electromechanical service industry
  • Proven track record in mobile or field service operations management
  • Experience with commercial building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, elevators, and fire safety systems
  • Previous leadership experience managing technical service teams

Technical Competencies

  • Expert knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, motors, compressors, and building automation
  • Strong electrical systems expertise covering power distribution, lighting, and control systems
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance management systems
  • Understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Thailand

Leadership Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams in fast-paced service environment
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
  • Project management experience with ability to handle multiple concurrent service assignments
