Technical Solutions Engineer

Join a global technology company that powers one of the world's largest digital advertising platforms. You'll work with businesses to help them get the most out of advertising technology by providing technical guidance, solving complex issues, and delivering an excellent client experience.

What you'll do

• Act as the technical advisor for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues across advertising products and recommend effective solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices for campaign setup, measurement, and delivery.
• Partner with Sales to resolve client challenges and support technical initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or the technology industry.
• Experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem is an advantage.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a contract role based in Singapore.
