Job Title: Technical Solutions Manager (Data Centres)

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing digital infrastructure platform delivering hyperscale data centre developments across Southeast Asia. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between customers, sales, design, and delivery teams, helping develop technical solutions for some of the region's most exciting digital infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
- Develop data centre solutions and technical proposals in collaboration with design and sales teams.
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, and customer discussions.
- Support RFP and tender responses for hyperscale and enterprise clients.
- Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a small technical solutions team.
Required Profile
- Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, or digital infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical (M&E) systems.
- Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Previous experience with an OEM, colocation provider, consultancy, or data centre operator is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential. Thai and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
