We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to strengthen our Software Development unit. This role is ideal for an expert developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, setting high engineering standards, and guiding teams through knowledge sharing and technical mentorship. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing robust applications, while uplifting the technical capabilities of our development teams.
Your expertise in IT consulting or industries such as Banking, Financial Technology, or Super App companies will help us deliver impactful, scalable, and secure solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend development.
- Act as a technical reference point within the team, providing knowledge sharing, best practices, and technical mentorship to developers.
- Standardize and improve development processes, frameworks, and coding practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and developers to align on technical direction and ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.
- Research and introduce emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep projects at the forefront of innovation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across architecture, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong full-stack capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
- Experience in IT consulting, Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Super App companies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Backend: Golang (preferred), or similar backend programming languages.
- Frontend: Proficiency in native or related frontend frameworks and technologies.
- Full-Stack: Demonstrated experience in delivering full-stack applications.
- DevOps/Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and system scalability.
Soft Skills:
- Passion for technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills for knowledge sharing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to uplift and inspire developers by sharing expertise and fostering growth in technical skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English is desirable.
