Gather and analyze customer requirements to design and recommend tailored solutions, including solution design, BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, lab testing, POC (Proof of Concept), demonstrations, and specification compliance.
Responsible for providing technical training for resellers to make sure they understand the key features/advantages of the latest DJI Enterprise products, and the major use cases and workflow of drones in different vertical applications.
Develop and maintain relationship with key end users and eco-system partners, providing technical supporting to them and conducting new product beta testing with them. Collect outstanding feature requests from the market.
Prepare proposals, technical documents, and solution designs to support sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through the delivery of professional technical consultations.
Create case studies of drone applications in different vertical industries for DJI new products and solutions.
Ensure technological expertise and relevance by pursuing continuous training and certifications.
Conduct training sessions and product knowledge sharing for internal teams and customers.
Stay updated on drone technology trends and integrate them into sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical support for corporate clients.
Job Specification
Bachelor degree or above, preferably have work experience in the drone industry, public safety, energy or other engineering directions. ICT technology knowledge and project experience will be plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Presales, Technical Specialist or Solution Engineering, preferably in technology or IoT-related products.
Knowledge of drone systems, GIS, mapping, or relevant software such as DJI Terra, Drone Deploy, or Pix4D is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of CCTV camera safety industry, telecom industry, or both will be advantage.
Excellent documentation skills, communication skills and technical understanding, able to compose and present in-depth solution slides.
Strong sense of cooperation and self-driven ability.
Good in English oral presentation and written.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site demonstrations as needed.
