Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, based in Lam Luk Ka, involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency. The Technical Specialist will work closely with clients and internal teams, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to ensure accurate diagnosis and resolution of technical challenges within the pet food production and packaging processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical challenges and develop effective solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve issues promptly
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Lam Luk Ka
• Educational background in engineering, technical disciplines, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or pet food industry is beneficial
