We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Ellsworth Adhesives India Pvt. Ltd., Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, dispensing equipment, or industrial equipment, with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent customer trials and product demonstrations
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites
• Prepare technical Bills of Materials (BOM) for projects
• Travel to customer locations for installation support and troubleshooting
• Prepare and recommend spare parts lists post-installation
• Follow up with existing customers on spare parts and service needs
• Analyze competitor products and systems to provide market insights
• Collaborate effectively with local teams and global headquarters
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in technical service or support roles
• BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Diploma in Electronics
• Background in Automation, Dispensing Equipment, or Industrial Equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email communication
• Good geographical knowledge of the assigned region
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language
• Knowledge of Automotive and Electronics industries (preferred)

• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
