SAM GUARD is looking for Technical Support specialist

SAM GUARD is an innovative cutting-edge software product combining ML with cognitive AI.

It is focused on predictive analysis and failure prediction for process industrial systems.

Job requirements

Must have:

Fluent Thai (verbal and written) and high-level English (verbal and written)

Familiarity with manufacturing software such as DCS, PLC, historian etc.

Experience in data extract and automation

Strong problem-solving and high technical skills

A customer-oriented approach and good team working relations

Linux & Windows working environments

The candidate is expected to have technical knowledge and work experience of:

ؠScripting in Bash and Python

ؠUnderstanding of Web API's usage

ؠAbility to handle mass data manipulation, conversions etc.

ؠReading and analyzing log files (mainly Java, Python)

ؠDockers, Kubernetes a big advantage

ؠUnderstanding of Virtual machines, shared storage, routing, remote connections

What will you be doing

Be part of the SAM GUARD global delivery team.

Main responsibility would be to provide technical support and application related service for the SAM GUARD implementations in Thailand (might expand to east Asia and globally).

The job activities would include server and application installation, data integration with customer's system, configurations, data upload, setting up remote access, investigating and resolving errors etc.
