Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience. The successful candidate will lead a team of 5+ developers, drive technical direction, ensure code quality, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Web Developers.
- Provide technical direction and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop scalable web applications and backend systems.
- Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure software quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and other technical teams to deliver projects on time.
- Manage technical tasks, project priorities, and development timelines.
- Drive best practices in software architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software/web development experience, with proven experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead.
- Strong experience managing and mentoring 5+ team members.
- Strong hands-on technical skills in: Golang, PHP / Laravel, Python / Django
- Database experience with: MySQL, MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server
- Good understanding experience with Git / Git workflow.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, API development, database design, and system integration.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
