Job description
Technical Leadership & Operations
- Provide high-level technical guidance for complex vehicle issues, specializing in advanced electronics (CAN, FlexRay, etc.), HVAC, transmissions, and high-performance engines.
- Author and update technical manuals, service bulletins, and repair procedures based on manufacturer data.
- Design and refine technical workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with official policies.
- Analyze and resolve technical hurdles related to warranty claims and product defects.
Training & Development
- Develop comprehensive training programs, certification paths, and technical competitions for both staff and external partners.
- Lead courses on essential skills, including wheel alignment, diagnostics, and foundational vehicle systems.
- Align training initiatives with apprenticeship frameworks and long-term career development goals.
Support & Service Excellence
- Manage hotline and remote support to provide rapid solutions for internal teams and service partners.
- Focus on increasing first-time fix rates and minimizing repeat repair visits through performance monitoring.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to boost workshop productivity and service standards.
Strategic Business Alignment
- Partner with Sales and Aftersales departments to leverage technical expertise in hitting revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen the technical workforce through active mentoring and capability building.
- Foster strong professional connections with customers, stakeholders, and service network members.
Requirement
- Holds a bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive engineering, technical service, or service management.
- Proven background in the luxury automotive sector, with a focus on high-end vehicle standards and premium service quality.
- Extensive hands-on experience using advanced diagnostic systems, including Xentry, ISID, VIDA, OBD II, LAUNCH, and AUTEL.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary automotive technologies, specifically Electric Vehicles (EV) and Hybrid systems.
- Good command of the English and Thai speaking
