Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Technical Training Strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements
  • Design and develop technical training programs covering machinery, systems, and operational processes
  • Prepare and continuously improve training materials, SOPs, and Work Instructions
  • Plan, manage, and execute training programs, including in-house training and on-the-job training (OJT)
  • Lead, manage, and develop the trainer team to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain Skill Matrix and Competency Frameworks for employees
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to develop and update training content (Document No., revision date, etc.)
  • Support employee capability development to increase productivity and reduce errors
  • Promote awareness and understanding of workplace safety standards and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Proven experience in Technical Training / Engineering Training / Manufacturing Training
  • Strong background in training program and curriculum development
  • Hands-on experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Experience in managing a team of Trainers or Training Specialists
  • Experience in developing Competency Frameworks and Skill Matrix
  • Experience in training evaluation and effectiveness assessment
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or automation environments will be an advantage
