What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate Specialist – Technical Training to join our Customer Care team. You will play a key role in developing technical training, strengthening service quality, and enhancing the capabilities of our nationwide service network to deliver excellent customer experiences.

  • Develop and deliver product repair training programs for service centers and call center teams.
  • Enhance product knowledge and technical skills for ASC/DSC staff and technicians.
  • Prepare and manage annual training budgets and related operational planning.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and technical documents to support service operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and technical coaching.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare comprehensive training reports.
  • Manage and prepare ASC/DSC contracts and related service documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service standards are aligned with company policies.

The position is an onsite position based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Office Location: WHA Bangna Business Complex (Close to Mega Bangna)

How do we describe a perfect match

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, service engineering, after-sales service, or product repair—preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical/electronic repair and diagnostic techniques.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and consulting abilities.
  • Ability to create structured training content and deliver effective learning sessions.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time-management and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically to support service center training when required.
