Main Responsibilities
What We Offer
- Perform routine technical works according to instruction from Day supervisor level up to complete task per schedule.
- Perform routine PCT tasks and repairing activities.
- Daily observe plant equipment and report to Day supervisor when found equipment abnormality
- Responsible for the field working area housekeeping and keep workshop clean.
- Maintain mechanical tools and equipment to be always in proper condition.
- To understand and follow technical schedule.
- Participate in the investigation in the film's quality problem with the production and QC team
- Prepare maintenance report and/or finding its RCA after finished maintenance activity.
- Coordinate with production supervisor to support the plant reliability
Qualifications
What You offer
- Diploma in Electric power or related and at least 0-2 years of experience in PCT and maintenance.
- Strong electrician and technical maintenance knowledge of machinery maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills and machine troubleshooting.
- Able to work corrective and preventive maintenance jobs.
- Able to use maintenance tools and technical reporting.
- Able to read parts assembly drawing and understand to create spare parts for machine component.
- Able to use Microsoft program.
- Able check spare part in SAP and withdraw from W/H
- Good service mind
