Job Description

Performed quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
Checking and responding to security and safety issues
Testing and recommending new maintenance products
Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
Keeping documents of inspections and problems
Doing landscaping, fountains maintenance
Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
Assist in projects to include repairs and general maintenance programs on all facilities.
Assist in preventative maintenance and with all equipment.
Assist in maintaining a building maintenance plan that ensures maximum efficiency and utilizes preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Monitor building maintenance expenses and research initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining the expected standard of excellence.
Maintain open lines of communication with department heads to make sure all departments maintenance needs are satisfied.
Be on call for emergencies and any building maintenance issues.

Qualifications/Skills:

Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
General knowledge of building maintenance and construction
Ability to work well and communicate appropriately with all levels of staff members.
Be able to assess situations and formulate a plan of resolution in a timely manner, allowing for the uninterrupted flow of operations.
