Job Description Summary
The Technician supports day-to-day building operations by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained to support a high-quality workplace environment.

About the Role:
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance for building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general mechanical equipment.
- Support preventive maintenance programs, including scheduled servicing, minor repairs, and replacement of building components.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency issues to minimize downtime and safety risks.
- Assist with small installation, fit-out, and repair works including fixtures, fittings, basic carpentry, painting, and interior maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities using internal systems or mobile tools.
About You
- 13 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or technical support roles (commercial office or mixed-use environment preferred).
- Technical or vocational background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building maintenance.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
- Comfortable using mobile devices, CMMS/work-order systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to support shift work, on-call duties, or after-hours response when required.
