Job Description

Control systems & equipment installed area the building.
Make the Preventive Maintenance.
Make a checklist as assigned for the building engineering service & Senior Technician.
Keep cleaning & maintain the security for work.
Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
Monitor sub-contractors job for building's security purpose.
Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
Co-ordinate with relevant departments to provide the necessary services e.g. security or cleaning services.
Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
