Technician

This is a full-time Technician role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some remote work. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical issues, as well as installing and maintaining embedded PC-based products and systems. The role will also involve supporting clients with technical queries, providing regular system updates, and collaborating with team members to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software technical issues
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of embedded PC-based products
• Strong communication and customer support skills to assist clients effectively
• Knowledge of industrial embedded systems from vendors such as ASRock Industrial, DFI Embedded, or similar
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a technical support or field technician role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a technical field such as Computer Engineering or Electronics is preferred
