We help food brands develop, manufacture, and scale products by connecting them with a trusted network of MSME processors, while enabling efficient sourcing, quality compliance, financing, and market access.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead development of innovative convenience food and beverage products including seasonings,
snack applications, powdered premixes, functional beverages, and ready-to-drink formats.
- Design flavor systems, seasoning blends, and formulations across categories such as snacks,
beverages, bakery, and RTD products.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, stability studies, and shelf-life testing to ensure product quality and
consistency.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into commercially viable product concepts.
- Work closely with sourcing teams to identify and onboard high-quality ingredient and flavor
suppliers.
- Techno-Commercial & Sales
- Partner with the sales team to support customer acquisition and solution selling in the food and
beverage segment.
- Engage with food brands, manufacturers, and ingredient buyers to understand requirements and
develop customized product solutions.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and tastings to customers.
- Drive commercialization of newly developed products and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with ingredient vendors, co-packers, and manufacturing partners.
Skills And Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in food technology, flavor development, or application R&D.
- Strong experience in snacks, seasonings, beverages, or convenience foods.
- Proven exposure to both product development and customer-facing technical sales.
- Experience working with flavor houses, ingredient companies, or food brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of flavor formulation, sensory science, and ingredient functionality.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.
