Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technology Business Analyst (Thai Speaking). The Technology Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, assess business processes, and create functional specifications. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions, and recommending improvements to optimize workflows and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge to align technical solutions with business goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience ( 5 to 10 years) to evaluate and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Expertise in defining Business Requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication
- Familiarity with AI technologies and cloud ecosystems, such as AWS or Databricks, is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment
