Role Summary
The Ecosystem Partner Lead drives collaboration across technology partners, platforms, and vendors to support presales activities, opportunity shaping, and solution development. The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage ecosystem and vendor partnership strategies to support business growth.
Work with sales and solution teams to provide technology input during presales cycles and deal shaping.
Oversee multiple technology platforms and coordinate with vendors to ensure alignment with solution needs.
Collaborate closely with account teams to integrate partner capabilities into client solutions.
Communicate technical and partnership insights effectively to senior leaders.
Negotiate with vendors and partners to drive value, manage expectations, and support joint initiatives.
Monitor technology trends and partner roadmaps to inform internal strategy and solution design.
Qualifications
10+ years in technology architecture, platform/product engineering, or technology strategy, with experience managing multiple platforms and vendors.
Demonstrated experience working in presales or salesadjacent roles (e.g., solution architect, sales engineer, or similar), supporting opportunity shaping and deal closure with technology input.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, collaborate with account teams, and negotiate with vendors and partners.
