Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of our Virtual Bank technology platform. This role will ensure operational excellence, service availability, and security compliance, working across hybrid infrastructure, cloud environments, and mission-critical banking applications. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the Head of Technology Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the operational model of the Virtual Bank, ensuring resilient, scalable, and regulatory-compliant services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily technology operations for Virtual Bank systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure high service availability, reliability, and performance across platforms.
  • Establish and maintain operational processes, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance (Bank of Thailand, PDPA, etc.).
  • Drive automation and observability for proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure, cloud, and application support services.
  • Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure readiness.
  • Lead operational readiness for new product launches and system changes.
  • Develop and mentor an operations team to build strong SRE/DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in technology operations, IT infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.
  • Strong background in public cloud, containerized environments, and microservices.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL, IT Service Management, incident management, and service operations best practices.
  • Knowledge of security controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Passionate about self learning and development.
  • Strong understanding of work-life integration and the agility of work culture.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with empathy and a strong team-first attitude.
