Job Summary
Provide independent oversight of technology, cybersecurity, cloud, resilience and digital-delivery risks across BankX.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the technology-risk framework, policies, appetite and KRIs.
- Independently assess critical systems, cloud services, architecture and major technology changes.
- Challenge security, access, vulnerability, patch and change-management controls.
- Oversee technology risk assessments for new products and outsourcing arrangements.
- Monitor cyber incidents, control deficiencies and remediation commitments.
- Review IT business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience testing.
- Report material technology risks and incidents to management and risk committees.
- Coordinate with IT, Information Security, Compliance and Internal Audit while preserving second-line independence.
Qualifications
Experience
- Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, risk or related discipline.
- 10+ years in technology or cyber risk, preferably within financial services.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of IT governance, cloud risk, cybersecurity and operational resilience.
- CISA, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
