Technology Recruiter
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process: sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and delivering placements for both contract and permanent positions.
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive business development, networking, and referrals - building long-term partnerships rather than transactional relationships.
- Serve as a trusted account manager for existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, workforce plans, and company culture to deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Source and attract top candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and market mapping.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality of hire.
- Advise clients and candidates on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices specific to the Thai market.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and contractor compliance in line with Thai employment law.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within a 360 billing capacity.
- Proven track record of business development and account management - demonstrated ability to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is a strong advantage; candidates from other sectors are welcome.
- Solid understanding of both contract and permanent hiring models, including contractor management and billing structures.
- Working knowledge of Thai employment law, labour regulations, and market hiring norms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to influence and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative, candidate- and client-first mindset.
