Job Description

As a Technology Sales Support Manager, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy to provide advanced technical expertise and drive complex sales engagements.

You will play an instrumental role in supporting customer success and revenue growth by delivering deep domain expertise in Teammate, an award-winning global leader Audit, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), while enabling compelling, value-led presales engagements with a focus on the Thailand market.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position, based in South Sathorn Road, Bangkok, Thailand (hybrid working: working from home 3 days/week).

About The Role

  • Design and implement high-impact technical sales strategies, materials and solution narratives aligned to customer needs.
  • Lead and execute product demonstrations tailored to customer specific Audit, Controls, Analytics and GRC use cases.
  • Independently manage complex technical inquiries, proposals, and customer-facing engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating business value and best practices within risk management, compliance, and audit domains.
  • Develop and refine executive-level presentations and technical content for presales engagements.
  • Drive the preparation and delivery of end-to-end presales cycles, including discovery, solution mapping, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and issue resolution.
  • Lead training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate internal team capability.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimisation of technical sales assets, tools, and documentation.

About You


  • Domain Expertise (Audit & GRC): Proven experience and strong knowledge in Audit, Risk, and Compliance frameworks, processes, and technologies.
  • Presales Experience: Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles, ideally within the Thai market. Prior experience supporting Audit or GRC platform sales will be highly regarded.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Customer Engagement: Advanced ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex customer challenges.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Documentation: High-level capability in producing detailed, high-quality technical and presales documentation.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Experience guiding and supporting team members, sharing knowledge, and elevating team performance.
  • Tools & Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems and technical sales tools.
