Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Delivery Oversight
- Manage external vendors across the full SDLC, ensuring deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality standards.
- Review and validate vendor outputs including solution designs, test plans, implementation strategies, and post-deployment support.
Business Engagement & Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Pension business stakeholders to understand operational needs across investment-related functions such as:
- Portfolio simulation
- Pre-trade and post-trade monitoring
- Cash and order management
- Daily reporting and reconciliation
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure alignment with group technology platforms.
Technical Oversight & Issue Resolution
- Lead the investigation and resolution of production issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely recovery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve system stability.
SDLC Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to enterprise SDLC policies, including:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Design and architecture reviews
- Testing and quality assurance
- Change management and deployment protocols
- Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance forums to uphold IT standards.
Integration & Platform Coordination
- Facilitate technical integration between local Pension platforms and group technology systems, ensuring interoperability and data consistency.
- Coordinate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to validate solution feasibility and scalability.
Testing & Documentation Oversight
- Oversee functional and integration testing activities, ensuring coverage of business scenarios and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure completeness of system documentation including user guides, interface specifications, and operational procedures.
Training & Post-Implementation Support
- Support business users during system rollout and stabilization phases, including training coordination and issue triage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, system support or IT operations within the investment, asset management, banking, securities brokerage industries
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and IT governance frameworks.
- Solid understanding of investment securities including equities, debt instruments, unit trusts, and related financial products.
- Knowledge of settlement processes and SEC investment management regulations.
- Hands-on understanding of Java-based technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform, including services such as Azure Kubernetes Services, and Azure SQL, and Azure Monitoring.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scalability.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
