Job Title: Lead – Tele Caller / Inside Sales

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode: 6 Days – Work from Office

CTC : 5–6 LPA (Gross)

Note : Maximum hike on fixed CTC is up to 20%. Additional performance-based incentives will be provided.

Interview Rounds: Telephonic → Virtual → Final Face-to-Face

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead – Tele Caller / Inside Sales professional to spearhead our inside sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, team leadership, and business development, with a strong ability to drive performance, build customer relationships, and optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–12 tele callers.

Set clear performance targets and KPIs; monitor daily productivity.

Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through outbound calls.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and maintain accurate CRM entries.

  • Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to close deals.

Resolve customer queries professionally and within defined timelines.

  • Reporting & Analytics

Track, measure, and analyze key sales metrics to improve performance.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards for management.

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales workflow.

  • Process Improvement

Evaluate and optimize the sales process to boost efficiency and conversions.

Implement best practices and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of proven inside sales experience (preferably B2B).

Minimum 1 year of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
